About an hour south of Portland lies the capital of the state of Oregon.  Salem is a pretty quiet small town, with rows of well kept homes, there is a pride among the residents that live there. It also seems that there is this potential lurking in the background, a similar potential that our home town of Tacoma has had for the last 20 years. A potential that would bring much commerce, culture, art and everything else that comes with a growing city.

It is here in this city of Salem where we have decided to host one of our vintage markets. In fact, last month we hosted our first Great Junk Hunt there and it was such a blast that we decided to do it again this coming October! We held it at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in the Columbia hall building. The size of the building was a little intimidating, but it worked out perfect! It gave us plenty of room for booths and shoppers alike.

We had so much fun with that show, the vendors were spectacular with their displays and their goods were fabulous! The next show will be on October 20th. You can get more information on the show below.
